Yes. Labs help us better understand your health history, safety considerations, and what your body may need before recommending a personalized plan. If you already have recent lab reports, we may be able to accept previous results completed within the last 6 months.
Getting started only costs a few minutes of your time. You can begin with a free assessment call, where we learn more about you, your goals, and what you are looking to improve. From there, we can help guide you toward a personalized plan designed around your biology, your wellness goals, and, whenever possible, your budget.
